About The Role

Whether you're new or experienced in social care, we'd love to hear from you. As a Care Assistant, you will:

• Support people in their own homes to live independently
• Empower decision-making and choice
• Support with personal care
• Provide physical and emotional support
• Assist with daily living tasks and activities
• Help with healthcare and appointments
• Foster positive relationships with individuals, families, colleagues, and professionals
• Utilise mobile technology to record and deliver care
