About The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will:

• Support and assist people in their own homes to live as independently as possible

• Empower individuals to make their own decisions and choices

• Provide personal care support

• Offer physical and emotional support to our clients

• Assist with daily living tasks and activities

• Support with health care and personal appointments

• Build positive relationships with individuals, their families, colleagues, and other professionals

• Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care

• Follow safe working practices

• Note: The role may involve travel to nearby areas to ensure quality care
