Helping Hands in St Albans is seeking a Care Assistant to provide warm companionship and support for people to live well in their own homes.

No prior care experience is required; we provide full training and a supportive culture to help you grow. You’ll need kindness, reliability and a willingness to learn, with a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with household tasks (cleaning, cooking, meals).
• Run essential errands (shopping, prescriptions).
• Offer calm, considerate support that makes customers feel cared for.

What you’ll do
