We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and reliable Care Assistants to join our care team, caring for our residential and dementia residents.

You’ll be required to create a happy and caring atmosphere, providing a wide range of general caring services, including personal care. You will also assist in maintaining the physical environment and supporting daily activities within the home. A flexible approach to the challenges and needs of the care role is essential.

Person Specification
  • Physically and medically able to carry out duties with or without assistive aids
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualifications, or willingness to attend
  • Team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure
