Overview

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated Care Assistant to join our award-winning team. The role involves delivering high standards of personal care, contributing to the care team and ensuring continuity of services to residents.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high standards of personal care and assist residents with personal hygiene while maintaining dignity and independence.
  • Contribute fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
  • Recognise and understand clinical risk areas (e.g., weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, signs of infections) and escalate identified risks promptly.
  • Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting each resident\'s dignity and individuality.
  • Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
About the role

Your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care and support residents, with opportunities to learn and grow within a caring, supportive environment. Shift details: 7:45 AM - 2:00 PM.

About You

To be successful, you will demonstrate caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable values. Experience is not required, as Avery provides a thorough induction and training programme.
