Please note that we have both part-time day shifts, 22 hours per week (8am - 8pm) and night shifts, 44 hours per week (8pm - 8am) available. Full flexibility is required.

About You
As a Care Assistant working under a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents. Tasks include personal care activities like washing, hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals.
You will deliver care with compassion, ensuring residents’ dignity and individuality are preserved. This includes helping with mobility, providing emotional support, and caring for residents at the end of life, always prioritizing their well-being.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. All colleagues will attend safeguarding training and undertake additional relevant training. You should also be able to seek advice and escalate concerns appropriately.
