Responsibilities
  • Visit clients in their homes using your own vehicle
  • Assist clients in achieving their desired outcomes
  • Provide personal care, such as washing and showering
  • Prepare and serve meals and drinks
  • Administer medications
  • Support with daily living activities
  • Record visits using our digital care planning system
Requirements
  • Full UK Drivers License
  • High personal values aligned with our team
  • Professional approach to training and ongoing development
