Qualifications

  • Full Driving Licence and access to your vehicle necessary.

  • No domiciliary experience necessary, but prior Care or Support experience is beneficial.

Job description

Did you know? A company that doesn’t pay Healthcare Assistants travel time will leave them unpaid for approximately 10% of their working time, every day!

We are proud to say that we pay our Care Assistants, £13.43ph Weekdays, £14.63ph Weekends, £26.86ph for Bank Holidays, £12.21ph for Travel time, and 39p per mile for Mileage, with real career progression. The majority of our office team has been promoted internally.

Bluebird Care Epsom is looking for committed & reliable individuals to join our team on a part-time OR full-time basis. You must be able to commit to a minimum of 16 hours: ideally one Early Morning Shift (7am start), one Late Shift (10pm finish), and alternate weekends.

Note: We will not process applications from those who are not British Citizens, do not have the right to work in the UK, or do not live locally to our office.

What you’ll need:

  • Full Driving Licence
  • Access to your vehicle, insured for business use
  • The right to work in the UK

No domiciliary experience necessary, although previous Carer or Support Worker experience is welcome. Skills from Early Years’ and Cleaner roles transfer well to becoming an excellent Care Assistant.
