Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen in Wales is seeking a friendly Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a range of complex needs in their own home. You will help the client stay active and safe, building trust and providing reassurance while enabling participation in everyday activities.

The role offers day and night shifts, full nurse-led training, and paid induction. Previous care experience is valued, with opportunities for career growth and a DBS check covered by us as part of our supportive,

Qualifications

• Previous care experience required.
• Compassion and resilience.
• Experience with catheter care, medication administration and manual handling is advantageous; nurse-led training provided.

We are looking for a friendly, confident and enthusiastic Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a range of complex care needs in their own home.

Our client enjoys leading an active and fulfilling lifestyle and is passionate about sport, especially cheering on Wales. They also enjoy spending time in the local community, visiting the pub, going to the cinema, attending football matches, and taking day trips to places such as Cheshire Oaks and Liverpool.

We are looking for confident, proactive support workers who can build a positive relationship with the client, provide reassurance when needed, and support them to enjoy the activities they love both at home and in the community.

Both day and night shifts are available

Offering flexibility to suit your availability.

Qualifications

What you’ll need

You’ll need previous care experience to apply for this role, along with plenty of care, compassion and resilience. Experience in catheter care, medication administration and manual handling would be extremely advantageous, although full nurse-led training will be provided. Being able to converse in Welsh would also be a bonus!
