• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns or incidents to senior care staff.

Key Requirements:

• Registration: Must be registered with Social Care Wales.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar care role.
• Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or currently working towards it.
