Almond Valley Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant in Livingston. The role focuses on delivering person-centred care across residential, nursing, dementia and respite services.
You will support residents with daily living, follow care plans, assist with mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, and contribute to a safe, caring environment with full training provided. All are welcome to apply, including those new to care.
Almond Valley Care Home is a purpose built 66 bed care home located in Almondside, Livingston. As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
