Job Description

What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more! It is essential you have some experience of airway management including Tracheostomy, Suction and Ventilation.

Experience working with those who have a learning disability would be advantageous. This role is a bank position to cover clients in Liverpool but mainly working ad hoc shifts with an adult who has a learning disability and needs support to go out and socialise.

What you’ll need

You don’t need any care experience to apply for this role, just plenty of care, compassion, and resilience as we provide full nurse-led training. Experience working with those with a Learning Disability would be advantageous.
