Job summary

City & County Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated care worker to support a young client with Cerebral Palsy, including personal care, bowel management, and mobility assistance. You will drive the client to college and social activities, helping them live as independently as possible.

UK manual driving licence is essential; full Nurse Led training will be provided. The role offers varied shifts from early mornings to evenings, focusing on compassionate, patient-centered care.

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

Shifts Available: 7am to 8pm days and 7.30pm to 8am nights awake

Job Description

This role is supporting our client with Cerebral Palsy, they need support with personal care, bowel management, mobilisations, assisting them whilst attending college, including driving them to and from college and social activities. Our client enjoys a variety of activities, they are a social young person who lives with parents on site and you will be supporting them to live independently as possible.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is desirable.
• Experience supporting a young person is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• UK full manual driving license is essential.
