Cera is seeking a Care Assistant in Kidderminster to support clients at home, helping with daily living and companionship to improve wellbeing and independence. We welcome applicants with or without prior care experience. Roles are available part-time and full-time, with shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights.

For this role you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. We have a flexible approach for shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights - you'll usually have every other weekend off for work‑life balance.
