Job summary

Constantia Healthcare is hiring a Care Assistant in Kirk Hammerton. The role focuses on delivering safe, person-centred care and supporting residents to live with dignity and independence.

You will follow care plans, administer medications where trained, and maintain accurate records while upholding safety and safeguarding procedures. The position offers both part-time and full-time hours in a welcoming home environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards one.
• Previous experience in a residential, nursing, or care environment.
• Experience administering medication.
• Familiarity with digital care systems such as Nourish or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good observation skills and attention to detail.
