Job summary

Cera Care in Kinmel Bay (Wales) is seeking a community carer to support clients at home across Rhyl, Kinmel Bay, Denbigh Conwy and Prestatyn. You will assist with personal care, meals and mobility, visiting clients in their own homes and travelling between visits.

Flexible shifts cover mornings, days, evenings and nights with every other weekend off. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred; mileage is paid, and registration with Social Care Wales is expected in Wales.

Qualifications

• Driving licence preferred to visit clients at home.
• Must achieve Level 2 or 3 qualification within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in their homes with personal care, medication and meals.
• Visit clients in Kinmel Bay, Rhyl, Denbigh Conwy and Prestatyn.
• Travel between client visits using own vehicle where required.
