Job summary

Oxford Aunts Care is hiring an Hourly Care Assistant to provide compassionate in-home support across the Oxfordshire area. You will deliver companionship and practical care, enabling clients to stay in their own homes with dignity.

The role offers flexible patterns, with up to 20 hours guaranteed or bank contracts depending on availability, and a pay rate of up to £16.25 per hour. Training is provided and DBS is funded.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary as full training is provided.
• Living within Oxford recruitment areas and right to work in the UK are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, care and support with all aspects of clients' lives.
• Enhance clients' physical and emotional wellbeing and quality of life.
• Drive between clients as needed and follow care plans.

• You must be a driver with a full driving licence and your own vehicle
