Job summary

Oxford Aunts Care in Oxfordshire is seeking experienced live-in support workers to provide companionship, care and support with all aspects of clients' lives, enhancing their overall quality of life.

We offer induction training paid, subsidised travel, free DBS checks, ongoing Level 2/3 care training, 24/7 central support, referral bonuses up to £500, and peer-led groups. Applicants must have English fluency and provide six weeks availability.

Qualifications

• 6+ months professional care experience with dementia, Parkinson's, stroke or end-of-life care.
• Minimum six weeks of availability at a time.
• Compassionate, caring and empathetic individuals.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients with personal needs such as washing and dressing.
• Day-to-day task management including household duties and home safety.
• Accompanying to medical appointments and social activities.

Responsibilities
