Job summary

Universal Care Services is recruiting for caring roles in Ipswich. You will support clients with daily living tasks, personal care and companionship, ensuring a respectful, patient-focused approach to care delivery.

Roles require a full UK driving licence, access to a car, and willingness to work regular shifts, including alternate weekends. We welcome experience in care and NHS backgrounds, and fully support professional development and DBS checks.

What You’ll Do

• Supporting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Providing companionship and encouragement
• Encouraging clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
