Requirements

  • Afull UK Driving Licenceand access to your own vehicle (insured for business use).
  • Theright to work in the UK.
  • Availability for at least16 hours per week and alternate weekends.
  • You must live locally to the Sussex Weald area.

Your Role As a Care Assistant

  • Provide personal care and daily living support that helps clients feel safe, comfortable, and valued.
  • Help clientsmaintaintheir independence with dignity and respect.
  • Keepaccurate, up-to-date records and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
  • Drive clients to appointments and outings, ensuring their well-being along the way.
  • Use your excellent communication and IT skills to support care planning and documentation.

Whetheryou'restarting fresh or bringing experience from healthcare, childcare, cleaning, or customer servicewellsupport you with everything you need to become anexceptionalCare Assistant.
