Job summary

CCH Group is seeking a Complex Care Assistant in Crawley to join a new team that will provide clinical care and seizure management for a young lady. Flexibility for day and night shifts is required as part of this role.

You will receive full training and DBS support, with opportunities to grow into senior and leadership roles within the care group. This is a hands-on, patient‑facing position in a supportive, people‑first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care.

• Medication administration.
• Background in holistic medicines would be a big plus.

What you'll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant.

For this particular role, we are creating a brand new team of complex carers to provide clinical care for a young lady who requires support to monitor and provide clinical interventions with seizure management.

Experience in the following would be extremely advantageous:

• Experience in complex care
• Seizure Management
• Medication Administration
• A background in holistic medicines would be a big plus.
