CCH Group in Crawley is hiring a Complex Care Assistant to join a newly formed team providing clinical care for a young lady requiring seizure management and monitoring. The role offers full training, paid induction, and DBS support as part of a people-first care environment.

Flexible shifts across days and nights are available, with opportunities for career progression within the CCH Group network.

What you'll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant.

For this particular role, we are creating a brand new team of complex carers to provide clinical care for a young lady who requires support to monitor and provide clinical interventions with seizure management.

Experience in the following would be extremely advantageous:

• Experience in complex care
• Seizure Management
• Medication Administration
• A background in holistic medicines would be a big plus.
