About The Role

As a Care Assistant at HC-One, you’ll prioritize kindness in every aspect of caring for residents in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. You will understand that residents are individuals with their own stories, deserving dignity and respect.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. Your responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care, supporting their emotional and social needs, and ensuring their well-being under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. You will help with activities like washing, dressing, and meals, and support residents in maintaining their dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Providing person-centered care that respects residents' dignity and individuality.
2. Assisting with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and meal support.
3. Supporting residents emotionally, including those who are confused or distressed.
4. Recognizing signs of abuse or neglect and reporting concerns appropriately.
5. Participating in safeguarding training and adhering to safety protocols.
