Job description

This is a role as a Care Assistant at Belmont Castle Care Home, a 40-bedded, residential, palliative and dementia care home in Bedhampton, Hampshire. The home has a CQC rating of 'Good' and is highly rated by residents and their families. The role involves providing compassionate care to residents during the night shift, working 30 hours per week including every other weekend.

Main duties of the job

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting residents with their everyday needs, including personal care, medication administration, and assistance with daily activities. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure the wellbeing and safety of the residents. The role requires a compassionate and empathetic approach, with a focus on providing high-quality care and improving the quality of life for the residents.
