You would be responsible for supporting our customers in a way that respects their individuality and promotes independence. This involves traveling to customers' homes to assist with daily tasks as agreed with the customer.

The support provided is similar to what a family member might offer, such as help with bathing, dressing, or domestic tasks.

Your responsibilities include assisting with:

• Washing & dressing
• Shopping & meal preparation
• Prompting with medication
• Supporting daily routines
• Providing respite services
• Facilitating social and leisure activities
• Helping customers access the community

Key Requirements

• Driving license and use of personal vehicle for work

Working hours are from 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 9pm, 9am to 3pm, 9am to 5pm, on every other weekend.

Additional information

You will be based across Epping, Ongar, and Harlow.

As a Care Assistant, you will support and enable our customers to live independently at home, assisting with daily activities such as eating, bathing, and shopping.
