Home Instead in Medway, Higham & Shorne is looking for Care Professionals to provide non-medical in-home care and companionship for older clients. Duties include helping with daily tasks, mobility, personal care, and transport to activities.

You will need at least 1 year of care experience, a full UK driving licence, and access to your own vehicle. We offer award-winning training, pay £13–£14 per hour, paid mileage and holidays, and flexible hours.

As a Care Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home. You need at least 1-year of experience working in the care sector as a CARE Assistant working with older people providing personal care, medication, and supporting other care needs. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.

• Care visits of one hour or more for you to care without feeling rushed
