Work Location: Shifts available across seven days a week, including evenings from 2:00 pm to 10:00/11:00 pm.

Role & Responsibilities

Our Care Professionals support clients in their own homes, following individual care plans. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, and medication support.
• Helping with practical tasks like shopping, meal preparation, and housework.
• Supporting mobility and physical disabilities, including aid and equipment care.
• Providing companionship, emotional support, and facilitating social inclusion.
• Monitoring health, maintaining accurate records, and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications

No prior social care experience is required. We value compassion, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, resilience, and a commitment to respectful care. You must have the right to work in the UK.
