Work Location:

Shifts available across seven days a week,

Evening shifts: 2:00 pm – 10:00/11:00 pm

Care Assistant: Role & Responsibilities

Our Care Professionals support clients with personal care, practical tasks, and emotional support, following individual care plans. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, incontinence care, medication management, shopping, meal preparation, and housework. You will also help with mobility, use of aids, and provide companionship to prevent loneliness.

What You'll Help With:

• Providing companionship and engaging clients in activities and outings
• Supporting personal hygiene and dignity in care
• Assisting with medication administration and management
• Preparing and assisting with meals and snacks
• Performing domestic tasks such as cleaning and laundry
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Monitoring health and reporting changes
• Encouraging social inclusion and emotional well-being
• Maintaining accurate care records
• Ensuring safety and responding to emergencies
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members

Qualifications

No prior social care experience required. We value compassion, excellent communication skills, resilience, and a willingness to learn. You must have the right to work in the UK.
