Role Details:

• Position: Care Assistant
• Hours: 24 hours per week
• Salary: £13.61 per hour (£17,031 pa, pro-rata of FTE)
• Location: St Oswald's Retirement Village, Gloucester, GL1 2UF

Responsibilities:

• Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to residents, including physical and personal care, and support with social activities
• Promote and support the physical, emotional, and overall well-being of residents
• Encourage independence and self-belief
• Ensure records and documents are completed according to policy

• Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification
• Be personable, an effective communicator, and a team player
• Be passionate about delivering quality care
• Be flexible with hours
