Care Assistant (Relief) based at Brockworth House, Brockworth

Available Hours:

Permanent - Various Hours - Relief

Salary £14.76 per hour

Please note we are only accepting candidates currently living within a 45 minute commute of the Care Home

As a Care Assistant at MHA you will provide the highest quality of care to our residents enabling them to live later life well. Duties will be varied and include supporting our residents with personal care needs and helping them to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing. Brockworth House care home in Gloucester

Brockworth House care home provides specialised care for up to 53 residents, supporting individuals with dementia and other mental health needs, including learning disabilities. Our skilled and compassionate team has extensive experience in creating a secure, respectful environment where each resident feels valued and supported.

With a flexible activities programme and a range of homely comforts, Brockworth House encourages residents to engage in daily life and pursue their interests. The centre also offers day care services for members of the local community, promoting connections and support beyond our resident community.

About you

The right values, attitude and behaviours are more important than your previous career background. Therefore, whilst previous care experience is desirable it is not essential, and we will provide all the training and support you need to thrive. You do not need any qualifications to get started as a Care Assistant. You will have a kind, warm and caring nature and be able to work well as part of a team but also use your own initiative.
