Job summary

Cera is hiring a carer to support clients in Gateshead, Dunston, Whickham, Crawcrook and surrounding areas, visiting homes to assist with personal care, meals, and medication.

This community-based role offers flexible shifts across mornings, days, evenings and nights, with opportunities for guaranteed hours; a driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred. The role is powered by Cera Tech to help reduce admin and allow more time for care.

The Role: Supporting clients in Gateshead, Dunston, Whickham, Crawcrook and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.

The advertised rate is an average hourly rate that includes both your base pay and compensation for travel time. Your overall pay will vary depending on the specific hours worked and travel time undertaken.
