Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Care Assistant in Frome, Somerset. You will provide high-quality personal care and support to residents, building meaningful relationships and contributing to daily living activities.

No prior experience required; we provide fully funded training and career development to help you grow within our caring team, with shifts across days and nights and opportunities to progress.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
• This role is working 18 hours per week, to include alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
