Job Description

At Home Instead, we are seeking dedicated Care Professionals to provide high-quality care services to clients in Fowey and the surrounding villages.

As a Care Professional, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate and professional care during client visits (minimum 1-hour duration).
• Preparing nutritious meals that clients will enjoy eating.
• Assisting clients with household organisation the way they like.
• Administering medication reminders and helping with tasks such aswashing and dressing.
• Engaging in meaningful conversations and providing emotional support to clients.
• Accompanying clients to appointments and outings, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Planning and implementing appropriate activities to promote clients' well-being and cognitive stimulation.
• Managing time effectively to maintain a consistent and reliable care schedule.
