A leading healthcare service provider in Folkestone is seeking a compassionate support worker to assist clients with complex needs such as ADHD and Autism. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be observant, reliable, and capable of offering reassurance and routine, while confidently handling emergencies. Experience in care is essential. This role offers career opportunities within the largest care company in the UK.
Shifts Available: Days only - 3 x 4 hour shifts (Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10am - 2pm)

The ideal candidate to support the client will be a patient, calm, and consistent individual with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt their approach to meet the client's needs. They should be observant and safety-conscious, able to provide close supervision in the community and ensure the client's wellbeing at all times.
Compassion, professionalism, and clear boundaries are essential, particularly when managing challenging behaviours or redirecting conversations around sensitive topics. The candidate must be reliable and consistent, offering routine and reassurance, while also being confident in responding to medical emergencies such as seizures.
Strong collaboration skills are required to maintain clear and professional communication with the client’s mother and the wider care team, ensuring continuity and quality of care within the agreed boundaries of the home environment.
