Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents in their everyday lives at the Magna Care Centre, a 69-bedded Residential, Dementia Care and Nursing Home in Wimborne. The home has a CQC rating of 'Good' and is highly rated by residents and their families.

Main duties of the job

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to the residents, assisting them with their daily activities, personal care, and supporting their overall well-being. You will work in a diverse and inclusive environment, with opportunities for professional and personal growth.
