All Care Services is seeking a Care Assistant to support older adults across Newbury and Thatcham. You will provide person-centred care in a community setting, with duties including personal care, meal preparation, light housework, shopping, and companionship.

Training is provided, no prior experience required. Shifts include early and late slots (7:00 am–2:00 pm, 4:00 pm–10:00 pm) with permanent contracts offered.

Qualificações

• Ability to work morning or evening shifts and alternate weekends.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Newbury and Thatcham area helping them regain independence in their own homes.

Your duties include:

• Personal care
• Meal preparation and basic cooking
• Light household tasks
• Food shopping
• Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed – full training provided!

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements:This is a community-based role,Drivers with a Full Uk licence, your own vehicle and business insurance.
