Job summary

AQS Homecare is seeking compassionate Home Care Assistants to join our Eastbourne team. You will help vulnerable adults stay safe, independent and comfortable at home, with training and ongoing support from experienced managers.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication support, light housework, meal prep, appointments, and companionship. Experience is not essential—kindness and reliability are valued, with DBS paid and career development opportunities.
