Job summary

CCH is seeking compassionate Care Professionals to support local residents in LE5, Hinckley, and surrounding areas, delivering care with kindness and professionalism.

Your duties include companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping and mobility support to help clients stay connected with their community. You’ll join a friendly team with flexible hours and full induction training.

Qualifications

• CCH seeks caring, empathetic Care Professionals to support local residents.
• Experience not required, but genuine desire to help others is essential.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to prevent loneliness and engage clients.
• Deliver personal care with dignity and respect.
• Collect prescriptions, remind and administer medications as directed.
• Prepare meals and drinks tailored to clients’ needs.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment.
• Support client mobility and community participation.

Your responsibilities will include

• Companionship – being a friendly face & preventing loneliness, whilst building relationships with your clients


• Personal Care – all aspects of personal hygiene


• Medication – collecting prescriptions & providing reminders and administrating medication


• Mealtimes – preparing tasty meals and drinks


• Housekeeping – keeping their home just the way they like it


• Mobility – supporting our clients to be part of the local community

The successful Care Professional will ensure this is done with the highest level of understanding and dignity for our clients.
