Job DescriptionAs a Care Professional, you’ll support older adults to remain independent and happy in the place they love most — their own home. Your varied, rewarding responsibilities may include:
Companionship – offering emotional support, conversation, and company
Personal care – assisting with bathing, dressing, or hygiene in a dignified way
Medication support – prompting or helping with prescribed medication
Meal preparation – encouraging healthy eating with simple, nutritious meals
Light housekeeping – keeping the home safe, tidy, and comfortable
Mobility support – helping with movement or accompanying walks and gentle activity
Errands and transport – driving clients to appointments, shops, or social visits
All visits are a minimum of one hour, allowing you the time to build real relationships and deliver truly personal care — never rushed.
