Job Description

As a Care Professional, you’ll support older adults to remain independent and happy in the place they love most — their own home. Your varied, rewarding responsibilities may include:

  • Companionship – offering emotional support, conversation, and company

  • Personal care – assisting with bathing, dressing, or hygiene in a dignified way

  • Medication support – prompting or helping with prescribed medication

  • Meal preparation – encouraging healthy eating with simple, nutritious meals

  • Light housekeeping – keeping the home safe, tidy, and comfortable

  • Mobility support – helping with movement or accompanying walks and gentle activity

  • Errands and transport – driving clients to appointments, shops, or social visits

All visits are a minimum of one hour, allowing you the time to build real relationships and deliver truly personal care — never rushed.

We don’t ask for prior experience — just empathy, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others. In return, we offer:

  • Minimum 1-hour visits – time to care properly

  • Regular clients and hours – build lasting, meaningful relationships

  • Flexible working – part-time hours tailored around you

  • Mileage paid – we value your time and travel

  • Blue Light Card eligibility – access to national discounts

  • Retail and high street savings

  • Award-winning training – full induction and ongoing learning

  • No uniform – a personal, relaxed approach to care
