Contract: Full Time Salary: £12.70 Per Hour Shift Type: Days Contracted hours: 22-44

Ardenlee Care Home is beautifully located in its own grounds, offering scenic views over the sea, woodland, and gardens. We provide high-quality residential care for up to 32 residents, creating a homely and supportive environment where residents feel truly cared for.

We are now looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our compassionate team. Whether you already have care experience or are just starting your journey in the care sector, if you are naturally kind, reliable, and enthusiastic about helping others, we would love to hear from you.

What We Offer

  • £12.70 per hour
  • Time-and-a-half for overtime hours
  • Full-time or part-time contract

What You Will Do
You will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care. From helping with daily routines and providing hands-on personal care, to promoting independence and emotional wellbeing, your presence will bring comfort and connection to those you support.

What We Are Looking For

  • SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care preferred
  • Ideally 6 months’ experience in a similar care role, though we welcome those with the right values and transferable skills
  • A passion for elderly care
  • A respectful and compassionate approach
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
