Job summary

Carefound Home Care is seeking dedicated individuals to join as a Community Care Assistant in York and surrounding areas. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; you must have a full UK driving licence and your own car.

Flexible or guaranteed hours, up to 30 hours per week, with paid travel time and mileage at 45p per mile. We offer an outstanding CQC rating and a supportive career pathway.

Location: York and surrounding areas
Pay: £13.00 to £14.50 per hour plus paid travel time and mileage at 45p per mile
Hours: Full-time & part-time available (contracted up to 30 hours)

As a Care Assistant, you'll build a relationship and routine with your clients to support them to live with well-being in their own homes. You'll need to be warm, patient and compassionate with a positive 'can do' attitude. Your role may include:
