Job summary

Call-In Homecare Ltd in Dundee is seeking Community Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across the area. You will follow a tailored care plan, assist with daily tasks, and help clients stay independent with dignity.

The role offers full training, guaranteed hours contract options (full time, part time, mornings, evenings, or bank shifts) and a supportive team environment focused on wellbeing and community impact.

Qualifications

• Kind, caring and compassionate people.
• Good level of English.
• Commit to one of our contracted shift patterns.
• Full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance is preferred but walking runs are available.
• Experienced & non-experienced carers – everyone is welcome as we provide full training!

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with meals, medication prompts and domestic tasks.
• Assist clients with personal care.
• Support clients to participate in planning and provision of their care.
• Record and report daily visit information accurately.

Your Role as a Care Assistant in the Community

• Assisting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Supporting clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
