The role of a community carer is rewarding and impactful. Your daily duties may include:

  1. Visiting clients in their homes using your own vehicle
  2. Helping clients meet their desired outcomes
  3. Assisting with personal care such as washing and showering
  4. Cooking and serving meals and drinks
  5. Supporting medication management
  6. Assisting with daily living activities
  7. Recording visits using our digital care planning system
Requirements
  • Full UK Driver's License
  • High personal values aligned with our team
  • A professional approach to training and ongoing development
