Job summary

Newcross Healthcare is hiring a Care Assistant in Ayr (KA6) to join our trusted team. You will provide essential in-home and community-based care and support clients with moving, handling and personal care when required.

We offer flexible full- or part-time shifts, with pay from £15.07 to £16.68 per hour and benefits such as same-day pay, free training and discounts at many venues. You’ll work with healthcare professionals to deliver compassionate, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Six months of paid UK care experience in the last three years.
• Registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland such as SSSC, SCW or NISSC. This is not required in England.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
