Radfield Home Care Croydon and Sutton is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant in a full-time role. You will deliver compassionate, person-centred care to clients at home, helping with daily activities and mobility while supporting independence.

No prior experience is required; a great attitude is valued. You must be over 18, hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, and have the right to work in the UK. DBS checks and references will be carried out.

Salary: £14 - £14.50 per hour

You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Croydon and Sutton as a care assistant.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
