Radfield Home Care in Croydon and Sutton is hiring a Care Assistant on a full-time basis. You will provide high-quality care in clients’ homes, delivering compassionate support to older adults. A full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle are helpful, but not stated as mandatory.

DBS checks and references will be completed. Join a family-run team committed to excellent in-home care. We offer a fair hourly rate of £14.15, paid travel time, paid mileage, flexible hours, pension and holiday

You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Croydon and Sutton as a care assistant.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
