Radfield Home Care in Croydon and Sutton is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to deliver personalised home care to older people in their own homes. No prior experience is required, just a caring personality, reliability and a valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of £14.15, with paid mileage and travel time, flexible hours, holiday pay and pension, and opportunities for career progression within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised home care to older people in their own homes.

You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Croydon and Sutton as a care assistant.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
