OVERVIEW

We at SureCare are currently looking for compassionate Care Assistants to join our growing team around Croydon and Sutton and the surrounding areas.

We are a family-run company seeking Care Assistants who are reliable, patient, flexible, caring, and honest. We want to hear from individuals who feel they can make a difference while providing the highest standard of care to help our clients stay independent at home.

No previous experience is necessary. Both new and experienced care assistants are welcome. We provide full training and ongoing support, and we will work with you to develop and maximize your career. Time management and flexibility are essential. Uniform is provided.

You must have the right to work in the UK and will need a satisfactory enhanced DBS check if you do not already have one.

Various shifts are available, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, for both full-time and part-time roles.

DAILY CARE TASKS INCLUDE:

• Personal care – Assistance with getting up, washing, bathing, toileting, medication administration, and preparing for bed.
• Practical support – Domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, and meal preparation.
• Specialized care – Supporting individuals with more complex needs.
