Job Description

What you’ll do

Our care assistants are the extraordinary people who perform everyday tasks that mean a lot to our clients. Supporting them to live safer and supported lives at home, you’ll follow individual care plans, assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, toileting), and support medication management. You’ll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
