Altogether Care is hiring a Care and Support Worker to help clients live independently at home across Poole and surrounding areas. Driving is essential as you will travel across the community to provide personal and meaningful care during visits.

We offer competitive hourly pay and a pathway for progression, with fully funded induction, ongoing training, and access to eLearning resources. A UK driving licence and DBS clearance are required.

• Hours and Shift Patterns To provide consistent care to our clients, we offer the following shift pattern Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable). Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable). Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable). Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings. Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
